Every figure on this site is one of two things: a price an operator has published, or an estimate we have calculated. We label which is which, and this page explains both.
Empty legs are listed by the aircraft operator. Where the operator publishes a price, we show it with our fee included, so the figure on the page is the figure you pay. We convert it at our own dated exchange rate and never round it.
Roughly two thirds of empty legs reach us without a published price. Those are shown as price on request rather than estimated, because guessing at a figure the operator has chosen not to publish would not be a price — it would be a prediction. We ask them and come back to you, usually within the hour.
Operators quote in their own currency. We display prices in pounds by default and let you switch to euros or dollars, which means most figures you see have been converted by us.
A converted price is an indication of what the operator’s figure is worth in your currency today. The amount you ultimately pay is settled in the operator’s currency at the time of booking, so the final figure can differ.
On our jets pages we show what a route typically costs to charter. That figure is calculated by us from aircraft category, distance, expected flight time, positioning and the usual fixed costs. It is an estimate, not a quote, and it is there to tell you which category of aircraft your trip sits in and roughly what to budget.
A real quote comes from a real operator against real dates. It can land above or below our estimate depending on where the aircraft is, what the season is doing, and what the crew hours allow.
Empty leg availability is not guaranteed. An empty leg exists because another client’s charter created it, and that client has priority. If their plans move, the leg moves or disappears — sometimes hours before departure, and without notice to us.
So every listing on this site is subject to final confirmation by the operator. We confirm before you commit to anything, and if a leg you wanted collapses, a named specialist starts rebuilding your trip the same hour.
We are a broker. We are paid a commission by the operator on confirmed charters. It does not change what you pay against the operator’s own figure, and it does not influence which aircraft we put in front of you.
